STRETCHING

Stretching is one of the first things that must be done when learning Tae Kwon
Do. Through a regular routine of stretching every day your body will gain
the ability to move in ways that it is not used to but must in order to
correctly execute whatever technique you wish to do. The more you stretch
the greater your flexibility will be and the higher your kicks. By starting
every training session with stretching one is able to warm up their body
which will lessen the chance for a pulled or strained muscle.
